Hi travel nursing recruiter,

It was great talking with you. I am excited to add you as a part of my travel team and hopefully we can find a great travel assignment together!

It is really important to me that I am a team player with my recruiters. I know how hard you work and I will do everything I can to always openly communicate with you. I’ll even get my paperwork in fast when that time comes! I know that is the best way to show my love. 😉

In the spirit of openness and honesty, I want to make sure you are comfortable with me working with multiple companies between assignments. It’s important to me to have options in between each assignment and I know more opportunities come when chatting to a few different recruiters.

I will be open with each of you about where I am at in my process. I value your time and will never intentionally waste it. I won’t pin you against another company in a bidding war. However, if you have the same job listing as another company, I will ask you both to present your best pay package and I will pick between those options.

I also request that you never submit my resume to any assignment without explicitly getting my yes. If you are uncomfortable with this, it would be better to know now!

But if this all sounds awesome, then wonderful! I look forward to working with you!

The empowered travel nurse (aka, your name!)

Cheers to open and honest relationships!
